📦 Packages Lost in Transit
By placing an order with us, you agree to our shipping timeframes. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays can occasionally occur due to factors like customs inspections.
If your delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the estimated time, please contact us — we’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If there was a mistake made with an order we offer a partial refund or you can send the product back to our manufacturer which will result in a full refund. sending a product back to our manufacturer will be on the customers own cost.
🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages
Lily&Rose is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are lost or stolen at the provided delivery address.
Upon request, we can provide a delivery confirmation, tracking number, delivery date, and carrier information to assist you with further inquiries.
